Training & Events

This year (2023), CIF saw a drop in registrations, largely due to the blue box transition. As a result, CIF has decided to end this program. Communities will be notified of this change through a CIF Bulletin.

Background on this course

Fundamental Principles in Recycling Planning is CIF’s first online course. Responding to ongoing requests to make the course available again, and the need of municipal staff to stretch their training dollars further, the CIF elected to transition this course, which used to be offered only in person over a 4-day period, into an online initiative.
