The CIF Centre of Excellence – now renamed Blue Box Resources – was a virtual clearinghouse for the consolidation and dissemination of the learnings from the hundreds of projects funded by the CIF. Its purpose was to provide knowledge sharing to municipalities and other stakeholders dealing with transitional issues, adoption of better practices, management of contracts and operational issues; and to continue providing educational learning opportunities.
