About CIF

As of mid-2021, the CIF is governed by two independent committees; The Transition Services Committee (TSC) and Windup Committee (WuC).

Transition Service Committee

The TSC has primary responsibility to develop annual priorities with the Transition Working Group Sub-Committees, as well as the annal Operating Plan and Budget. The TSC will also recommend annual fund transfers and disbursements.

Windup Committee

The WuC has responsibility to ensure compliance with the CIF Windup Plan (WuP), and identify material changes that may require amendments to the WuP. The WuC is also responsible for reviewing the TSC’s annual operating budget to ensure compliance with the Windup Plan and recommending it to RPRA for final approval and for co-ordinating and overseeing fund transfers and disbursements.
