The main mandate of the Continuous Improvement Fund (CIF) was to invest in projects focused on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of Ontario’s municipal blue box programs.
CIF ceased operations on December 31, 2024, in keeping with the CIF Windup Plan and subsequent amendments.
